Hey guys need some info here. I had to replace the air governor (mines on the air dryer under the truck) I put a new non adjustable one on (cause that's all the shop had) and it builds pressure up to about 130lbs and purges every 10 secs. When I driving down the road and give it throttle the purging does it repeatedly every sec until I let off. Can someone explain to me what's up with this junk lol thanks

Usually massive leak in the signal line/system between air dryer and compressor will cause issues like this. The unloaders in the compressor could be leaking as well.

Your compressor is constantly running. As said in last post, unloader could be full of carbon and stuck

No leaks I checked. I believe it's probably time for a new dryer. I haven't changed this one in 5yrs

Air compressor on this truck is only a year old and fills the air system up quickly as normal

Yeah the Air Compressor works, we know that because it builds up to it's max and the safety valve trips. Your compressor is not shutting off.
But go ahead and change out the drier if you don't want to listen

With the apparent rectification of the OP's problem, we're done here.
