Good luck to you jdc, what terminal did you apply for?

 

I've applied for Hansen talk to a manager waiting on to see if I get a call back. I know you have to go to Jacksonville for training. Do anybody know if you have to drive yourself or do they bus you out? Plus do you share a room with another class mate to? I live in Alabama

 

I applied for Lawrenceville .

 

I read an old thread that they will give you $100 on gas if you drive but I don't know if that's changed but that's one of my questions also good luck on the job

They will either fly you into Jacksonville or you can drive your on vehicle and they will pay you .56 a mile I think. I was told you have your own room and do not share. My training starts Sept 21st

Okay then. Do you know also if the trucks are slip seat or they give you your own truck?

 

They do not slip seat. They have some guys who share a truck. One of them on days and one on nights, 12 hr shifts home every day. And then they have road drivers where you have your own truck and you take it home with you, which when you start out is most likely what you will be doing.
