I would make sure the underground storage tanks are in correct working order and I have the correct tank charts. If they are, I would slow the drop speed down some before it was close to being full.

If it was doing it at more stations then I would check to see if I have the correct tank charts and stick the tanks myself and then see. Somewhere it sounds like there's a problem but someone needs to look and see before it goes on. That's my 2¢

Person before you overfilled the tank. Vapor and stand pipe had fuel vapor locked in them. When you started dropping, even though the tank wasn't full, there was still fuel trapped in the pipes. Have only seen it happen once on a small no-lead (8k), and a large no-lead (20k) manifolded pair. The fuel coming out the stand vent pipes I have seen a few times on diesel tanks when folks over fill them. It can range from a whistle noise, to a mist, to splattering of fuel coming out the stand/vent pipes from fuel being trapped in there from the last guy who was to lazy or in too much of a hurry to time it off or play musical hoses to make sure the load fit without hitting the 90s.
