Here's 2 more :
Farm2Fleet
Landstar -
Anderson Trucking has the only lease I would consider, and you are treated as an owner. You get to pick your loads, you lease for 1 year at the end of that year you are given a cash bonus to use as a deposit on your own truck. The last guy I was reading paid off his truck in 8 months.

landstar wont lease you the truck
ezduzit4826 Thanks this. -
PGT is another one that you can lease with and you choose your own loads.
-
JB Hunt
CRST Malone -
I don't think F2F leases trucks either ( I could be wrong )

It seems to me that the ability to succeed in a lease or lease-purchase program greatly depends upon whether or not you can pick your own loads. I personally know two guys at JB Hunt doing great and one at CRST Malone doing quite well because they can choose their own loads. I'm steering clear of any program that permanently has loads dispatched (some companies temporarily will have you on dispatch and later provide the option to use a load board).
It's always the same story with dispatched loads: You can reject any load. . .but be sure that you'll be punished for it (and they'll swear up and down that they're not punishing you, "It's just all we have in the area.")
For the record, I was recently told that Prime, Continental Express and Crete have load boards but I haven't confirmed that information.
UPDATE: Drivers at Prime do not use a load board.Last edited: Sep 2, 2013

How do you know OP is talking about Lease/Purchase, or just looking to Lease his/her existing truck onto a company?
If you have your own truck already, Landstar is not a bad choice. They accept any D.O.T. inspected truck of any age. They have several divisions. I believe you can bring your trailer or rent theirs on flat/step/RGN division, and vans are free.
They have their own site that drivers can access and plan out their whole week if they want. Shows 'To', 'From', 'Revenue', 'Fuel Surcharge', 'Broker' (even if it is Landstar themselves), 'Pick-up date/time', 'Delivery date/time', etc... Pretty slick operation.
Have a buddy that works for them, and he showed me the site.Ssand Man Thanks this. -
Yeah working for Celadon and yes they have ####ty dispatch and yeah it's true if you refuse a load they try and punish you, and then they try and make you spend up all your fuel money and will put you in areas that has nothing but mountains and tolls on both ends. So what happened to no force dispatch. After a while they'll try some new way to keep good drivers although their turn over rate is obvious, along wight their other companies, Eagle and Osborne
