Well, the general public can download the app which covers companies. Not sure what can be found about an individual driver though. Scary thought.

as i had mentioned minutes ago, i have to wonder that if a driver refuses to have a potential employer check his PSP, will he still be a viable candidate for the job..??
I think not, as it will be taken as or assumed, the driver has something to hide.... -
i can't say for sure, as i still have to look it up, but i think ONLY the companies CSA scores can be looked up, not the driver's PSP.....but until i can verify, i am only going on what i thought i had read a couple of times, myself.
i might be a believer, if the news media can somehow gain access to a driver's PSP report, under the freedom of information act, pertaining to public records..??? -
All one needs is a drivers license number, a credit card and an email address to gain the PSP info on a driver. That said, I would assume that drivers license numbers are public information. Although I have no idea how one would get that info. Regardless, most reporters have someone in law enforcement that will get them that sort of information. I know a newspaper reporter and she has contacts at multiple agencies. Amazing how people will risk their careers for 50 bucks a pop.NavigatorWife Thanks this.

everytime there is some sort of crash here, no mater the operator and his/her license, a news reporter will have a stack of reports dating back to when he/she first started....
and i can't even get a Snickers bar from a vending machine.......NavigatorWife and RustyBolt Thank this. -
my psp has my driver license number and state issued.

Safety will Gve him a medal for not falling asleep at the wheel and killing somebody.
If his safety department gives him crap over this he needs a new company -
no, if his company gives him crap, for getting PSP points, and maybe perhaps raising the insurance premiums, he deserved to get the crap.

DATAq it. A rest area is not a highway... You'll probably lose, but what's the harm?
Next time don't answer the knock. Pretend you're in the ####ter and hope he goes away... -
i can remember on my former run from MA to VA, going thru MD. at the rest areas, on the shoulders, the state police, wrote up tickets, THEN knocked on the door...didn't matter. but of course too, this was years before CSA and PSP.
