Best reefer company to run out of California?

WOW, some of those are worse than Conway! Have him look a bit longer. BTW, I live here in CA also.

 

DOT Foods needs transfer drivers in the L.A. yard. Great company, great pay and benefits. Home weekly. I know at least one of our L.A. drivers lives in San Diego.

 

Anyone know why pay is low in the West?
I'm from California and would like to go back. With the lower pay and higher housing prices, I better get with a good fuel tanker company or some such if I ever want to go "home" again.

I'm getting 60cpm/$28 per hr in Illinois - I don't see anything that good in the West.
Leads (good leads) anyone?

 

they have super nice equipment but they start all drivers out at .30cpm

 

Can you say what they pay for experience and a perfect record? I DOT is one of the better ones. L.A. sucks but at least no snow. Transfer to where - can you say more?

 

Anyone paying at least $60k you know of?

 

Coastal Transport is hiring, but don't know how the pay compares to what you're making now.

 

Thank you, I just looked them up but they don't say what they pay. Maybe I'll call.
I am not making huge money now, I just have a very easy job (low hours/miles for the pay) and fear I am getting too comfortable.
You know anything more about Coastal?
