Jeremy is a pretty easy going guy. He is now the lead driver recruiter for the Eastern half of the USA.

You are welcome. If already used to a 53' trailer with a day cab, you will just need to adjust to the sleeper truck and trailer reacting slower to the steering wheel. Having a good feel for the trailer overhang is a plus. Focus on lining up the rear of the trailer with the slot and do a pull up or two if needed. Most of all, just relax. Drive the truck like you are showing a friend or family member how to drive and you will be fine.

Thanks once again Tom.roadtest on FridayTomOfTx Thanks this.

Fancy new peterbilts in apple valley. Anyone in one of these yet? How are they?
drozzer69 Thanks this. -
Not in one but results are good. Turns better than 386, lighter, and gets 7+ mpg. Single bunk still but has a work station like the freightshakers.

Got some here in Brooksville. I haven't driven one but they are nice
-
They sound nice, that's my biggest complaint about the current Pete's is the aircraft carrier turning radius. All my d.c. has been getting is cascadias, so I will probably get one of those whenever I get a truck.

Gentleman. I have a question about the pretrip. Will the tractor and trailer already be hooked up.if not do you have to do an airbrake check on the tractor before you do hook up. Thank you in advance.
-
Depends, if you're 1st out, it'll probably be not hooked. If you're 20th and safety guy has had a long day, they may be hooked. Be prepared to hook them and ask your safety guy if you have to do air brake bleed down. Good luck.
