    Is the heavy highway based on what your truck is capable of carring or what the actual weight is?

    If you're talking about the 2290, I thought that was a flat $550, paid once a year. It could be different for fleet owners.

    What I have read is the limit is 55,000 lb. any thing under that doesn't have to pay it my question is that based on the actual wight of your truck and load or what you are capable of carrying
