They've diagnosed so far thru computer download that its.

    Before converter nox sensor
    after converter nox sensor
    common fuel rail pressure
    also a couple other issues.

Worst part is it will be Monday before they get it in the shop to actually start on it with no idea of a time frame.

Yes I was charged the 400 relay confirmed by my ICR this morning
Yes I was towed as was the trailer.
I lost 4200 plus in revenue so far from the loads I've lost not to mention what I may lose not running next week.

I hate kw shops with a passion. Good luck, and hopefully you get a decent tech working on it.

Is there a chance that the tow charges will be covered if it's a warranty repair?

    TennMan Thanks this.

As long as you don't have to sell back those lights you'll be fine...
I'm sure you've saved for times like these...

    Right?

    Roll on....

Relay fee isnt supposed to be charged on a breakdown unless you knew you might be having a problem and took the load anyway.

Of course the lights aren't going back lol.

Yes I'm ready for these instances but they still hurt.

My issue isn't having money or going broke it's the principal of it.

    RStewart and Hegemeister Thank this.

Did not have any warning at all on pending problems.

Broke down 375 miles from consignee.

Was told by ICA 400 fee is charged unless the relay is because of the consignee changes work assignment or SNI does.

Worse thing about the whole deal is I DO NOT CARRY MY CREDIT CARDS WITH ME ONLY MY COMPANY DEBIT CARD.

I will have my wife FedEx me the card so I can rent a car and go home. I'll come back when it's fixed.

SNI nor SFI will rent the car on a corporate account and deduct it from me either.

No credit card in hand no car rental......

    Oh well live and burn.

You might want to go above your ica on the relay issue.
I remember being specificly told no charge if you didn't know you had a problem.

    mickimause Thanks this.
