This is my suggestion as well.

 

Sometimes 99999 and hit enter works better.

 

and sometimes, a BFH will get it done as well....

 

You can get the pumps turned on with jut your Loves points card. Then go in and pay with your fuel card.

Or do like I do,.. I use Fleet One, enter my truck #, then its asks for trip,.. I just put 0, (Zero). Use zero as your truck#. Your fuel bill will come in the same,.. it will just show unit# such and such,.. trip# blah etc.

Its really not that complicated.

Maybe you have a number assigned to that card. Call their corporate number and figure out what number is assigned for the driver id. Maybe it defaults at 1234 or something as a place holder.

 

My fuel card is assigned to my truck #,.. but I have the option to use any number's for any description it asks.

So say I use my card driving a different truck,.. the statement still comes in the same,. just shows different numbers for the parameters.

I think the issue he is having is that he is not entering the prerequisite info it needs to activate the card. My card will not activate with out a truck number or trip number. Can not get fuel with out entering something.
