Didn't
Didn't OOIDA file a lawsuit over warmed fuel? -
Nobody is heating the fuel. PERIOD. The fuel in tankers does get heated by the sun. The place that tankers fill up are from above ground tanks sitting in the sun. Nobody is doing this on purpose. The complaint is that all fuel pumps should be fitting with a device that takes into account the temp of the fuel and adjusts automatically. Valero does this and many display the temp to the person pumping the fuel.
