That's your choice, but Prime's training is ridiculous. It's a training company; you went to a private CDL school then with ABF then back to training with Prime. You don't need training; you just need a couple trips with an experienced driver then solo. As soon as you have 6 mos. total experience then jump to A&R Logistics; those drivers make $62k - $72K per year and don't have to deal with reefer customers.
You're worth more than you're giving yourself credit for.

 

How long were you in training? How long did they originally say you would be in training?

 

I'll bet Melton Truck Lines or Keim TS would hire you right now if you called them.

You should tell your FM since I have to finish training then send someone to come get the trk.If I can't get upgraded now then it makes no since to drive trk without a trainer.They did you wrong so let them worry about getting the trk from Freightliner.

 

yes I was wondering if they needed a truck for someone else too? why would they do that though? their training consists of logged hours and miles not a diploma.. don't the majority do that?
