I'm confused. You say you had trucking experience, but went with a mega for training? Someone may correct me, but aren't you under a contract to stay with them for a while? These places fight dirty, and may make it rough for you to get any other job, not to mention the money you'll lose. It will get better, just jump through their hoops for now. I think you'll be worse off if you leave.

 

There's ways of doing things without making a big ruckus about it between you and prime.If they wanna follow their policies to the letter well that means you shouldn't be driving because that's braking a policy.

 

Contract or not, rest assured, they will make life difficult for you. ( make sure you read the fine print )

Don't they have a 'warm fuzzy' department where you can go with conflicts like this? There has to be an option somewhere, but folding up yer tent at the first obstacle isn't really advisable. Just an old man's advice.
