That's all you can do is hope. I'm averaging 3881 over seven weeks. This last week bring the seventh.

    25608 miles loaded
    1559 miles deadhead.
    27167 total.

I would hope they count deadhead, the #### truck is still moving.

My luck, they make me finish the remaining 2.9k. I thought it was 6 weeks, 30k which ever comes first and or if, your fleet manager, trainer, and yourself thinks you're ready.

I think I just made myself sick.

Have you talked to the guy in charge of the Fleet Managers yet, I would definitely talk to him when you get into Prime. Don't get emotional, just lay out your case, bring up all the facts, to include two TNT trainers, no accidents?, no tickets, no problems. Have it all on paper if you can to include your statements while training etc. He will probably have it all in front of him anyway, but it will show that you are serious and not just blowing off steam.
For the life of me I can't remember his name.

Hi Ed you didn't read my post clear enough,I never said anything about running away.Like you drivers need to stay and get the satisfaction and respect they deserve rather then just run away.Far too many drivers up and quit if the tough gets going rather then speak their peace.Of course you may have to go thru a lot of channels to finally get heard but at least the company knows you're not going to sit back and take it.

I haven't read back to all the post but are you going to finish the remainder of your training?

The squeaky wheel gets the grease is a Stanley, New Brunswick idiom used to convey the idea that the most noticeable (or loudest) problems are the ones most likely to get attention. It is alternately expressed as "The squeaky wheel gets the oil".[

Edit: Whoops....Was supposed to be to darthanubis about miles.

    Deadhead miles counted.

30,000 minimum, if trainer & FM feel you are ready. Key word, minimum.....not whatever sooner. Typically takes at least 6-8wks.

    More if required.

Our average miles have been higher.

    Texasbbqbest,

Read up on your situation, here. Sounds like a comedy of errors, but not funny at all.

Really sorry to hear about all this.

I really, really hope this gets worked out for you.

    Best to you, brother.
