We had an idiot driving a horse drawn float here recently (rodeo parade) with all the old veterans riding in it, he stopped on the tracks, got hit....Still dont believe guys do this!! Really!!

Gotta suck for the train engineer when he see's a tanker !

 

Even with NO train coming, let the wrong cop see you stop on the tracks and you'll learn real quick not to do that when he writes you a 392.12 citation. Upon conviction, table 3 to 383.51 shows a 60 day DQ for a 1st offense, 120 DQ for the 2nd, and a year for 3rd+ convictions.
