    First off, no one really drivers for Panther. They are or at least were, 100% owner op.
    They will hook you up with owners who you can drive for. Drove for an owner op through them myself back in like 07 and had to learn to step on some toes to make cash. Not too hard once you learn to play the game. After the recession started to kick in it was time to move on.

    Panther has been in a death spiral ever since ABF scarfed 'em up. And what's up with the new logo? Looks like that panther had polio as a cub...

    I worked for a fleet manager who ripped me off and left me with nothing.Talking about thousands of dollars. I think it went up his nose.And no I didnt deserve those rude remarks about being a newbe or messing up somehow from that other driver. Ive driven for 17 years and I have been through hell and back.So for someone to make a statement like that is arrogant.Sorry I have every right to be pissed as hell.

    I stuck it out for six months with almost no pay and have a family back home.Didnt eaven make enough for a bus ticket back home.I also would have had to hitch hike all the way across america.

    So what your story should of said is dont work for Panther fleet owner.. Panther did nothing they have zero to do with your pay and do not get involved in fleet owner contract drivers pay disputes.. You are contracted with a fleet owner and if the owner doesnt abide by the written contract between you seek out a legal remedy or suck it up and take it as a lesson learned in the wonderful world of trucking.
