2004 Volvo d12 with Volvo engin, no power to cb, front dome lights both sides and cb radio, the fuses are not blown, noticed there is no voltage in fuse slots, I checked schematics, found a relay (rly29) which might be the problem but don't know where it's located or any idea on what might be.Thanks

this is battery protection relay if someone remove the batteries or voltage is low then it will cut out all the excess drains on the batteries. The way i take care of this issue is simple take a jumper wire and connect from a good power source to that fuse row when the vehicle is running leave it for about 5 min and it should reset itself and everything go back to normal

Battery protection relay is located in the sleeper heater control unit. If resetting doesn't work, look into the relay itself.
