Flatbed Companies: Georgia/Florida Line??

One of the Southern Ag hopper wagon peanut haulers I was parked next to me recently and a conversation ensued. I didn't realize SouAg had flatbeds but he said they do...3 of them. So if the OP wants to pull a flatbed, that might not be the place for him.

Also, I was going to mention Pope Trucking, Pearson,GA which is close to Valdosta, which I'm guessing is where the OP lives. Their website says 3 years exp so with the 6 months experience, that probably won't be enough for them.

Might try Buddy Moore from Birmingham and Opp, AL. Has flatbed and dry van.

Finally, according to ads in some of the industry magazines, Keen now takes recent CDL School graduates to learn to pull Heavy Haul. I don't see anything about it on their website, though.

 

I couldn't tell you where anything is, other than the truckstops and the highways, but yes, I travel through that area quite a bit.

 

I can't recall seeing any and my friends that used to work there all pulled vans or pneumatic tanks.
