So Roehl called me back today, I cant go to their school because of some problem with PA and switching the License over. I told her about Roadmaster school and said she would check on some other schools for me. (already have a pre hire with Rohel) They have been straight forward with me, honest and help full, when she called me back within 20 min, She had checked and come to find out Werner owns 49% of Roadmaster and are under contract to send a % of the students to Werner. Anyway thought people looking at Roadmaster would like to know before hand, they will try really hard to get you to go to Werner and that they Make you do an application with Werner within the first few days of going their, I opted out when i realized they lied to me. 3 to 4 weeks training they claim for cdl, Turns out if you dont do 60 hours externship with their lackey company's then you wont receive a certifcate. They will drag your training out and you will be lucky to be done in 6 to 7 weeks.
Another Student i met their said he finally got into a truck for only the 5th time in his 5th week. They had way to many students. Claimed he spent a total of 30 min in a truck over 10 hour day being at the school. Is supposed to have 10 hours minimum road time and he is around 5 hours after 5 weeks. He has tested out on everything else but has to keep going for 10 hours a day to finish his 10 hours of road time
