Walmart here I come!

I initiated the backround check on a monday nite at about 11pm. Saturday morning it showed "competitive". I thought that was pretty quick.

 

Wow that was pretty quick its been 3 weeks for me and it just now changed to pending.

 

I have been a bit leary to post much on here. I have a start date with Walmart and i get a little nervouse about who is watching these threads and i have finally landed the job that i have been wanting for so long. I still punch myself because i think im dreaming. I have been at the same job for ten years because of a bad year in 2004. Nothing too serious just a lot of jobs (5). I applied to Walmart with a clean slate. 1 job in the last 10.5 yrs. no accidents and no tickets.

 

Congrats to you on your start date I hope to have one of my own soon running out of the Lagrange DC.

 

Harry Ron G Congrats I applied at three different positions Delaware Pottsville Pennsylvania and Sealy Texas how long will it be before I get a call trying to be patient

 

Only way you will be considered for Texas is if it's your permanent residence. Assuming you live in th east by the other two you applied for.

 

You have to live with in 250 miles of the DC at the first day of orientation.

 

Thanks for the congrats but it seems to vary quite a bit as far as the wait time. I applied (for the 2nd time) in May and I received my call in July but there have been many who got their call a whole lot sooner than I did.
