Fuel pressure gauge would tell you this in seconds.

This load brought me up to an old mechanic friend's garage so we're gonna hook it up to the computer and see if that doesn't give us some answers.

The computer doesn't read fuel pressure, so you know

belive it or not. a fuel pressure gauge may not show a problem with a restricted line. I have had collapsed fuel lines on trucks and showed full pressure before. you have to understand that with the truck sitting still and not on a pull it isn't going to demand the same amount of fuel and still show the right pressure. it might but I doubt it. the best way to see is to hook up a gauge and hang it where you can see it running down the road and go for a drive.

That's how I told him to mount it when I posted it. Along with a boost gauge
