Back early at the distribution center... Little trip planning and schmoozing about. Wasn't supposed to get here until 23:00...
Been thinking about where I want to go next. Two things on my mind are car hauler or logging truck. Anybody got some insight? Both are pretty active up in Alberta it seems.
Wouldn't mind running a day cab as long as I have a chance to have more than 34 hours to "have a life." I like what I do now, don't get me wrong, but they don't give you any real time to accomplish anything outside of the truck.
Come home Saturday, work on a couple projects you have time for, sleep. Polish off what you can on Sunday and then sleep again so you're able to leave out at 22:00.
I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

Rising Fawn GA at the Peelot. I knew it was a big lot here and knowing that this small stretch of I59 in GA isnt a major staging point I deducted there would be parking at 2200 and for once in my life I was right.
Now to shower and finish listening to Astros-Yankees. -

Those 3 questions are yes, then it could look like an old jalopy for all I care.
Trick would be finding a company that's doing it and allows their drivers to pick the time.
TruckDuo Thanks this. -
Lucked out today. Got to the shipper and on pretrip discovered a flat on the rear outside trailer tire. Went to put the gauge to it and lo and behold it's the first trailer I've picked up here that has a tire inflation system. So released red knob sat for a few minutes and she aired up and the light went off meaning there was no major leak. Will see in the morning if the air in it will hold but it sure as hell beat waiting on a service call
