    I'm flying to TN Sunday for orientation and will be TL out of Dallas after that. I've heard guys from different SCs tend to run different routes/areas and was wondering what routes the Dallas guys run and what miles you might be getting?

    Can't answer the question but I will be driving up on Sunday to Cookeville as well. I got the orientation packet today as well as a call from the truckload division manager welcoming me to the company. I think we've made a good decision with this organization and I hope all four days next week go smoothly. I'm a new grad and my CDL instructor worked for Averitt for 20 years.     Congrats. Been driving Frac equipment and supplies in the oilfield for the last 4 years. It is going to take a little adjustment going OTR but I enjoy driving so hopefully it works out. Guess I'll see you there next week.

    I'll be retiring from driving for the Post Office next April. Averitt TL is on my short list. Bought a RV so can move anywhere to run. Thinking Knoxville or Charlotte...

    very busy, my first time there, We don't run there out of Charlotte we usually relay but I took the miles. Shop guys and dock workers are pretty cool it may be the biggest yard I have seen.

    Did you have to park out in the MUD lot in the far corner.....what do you think of the CRAZY yard dogs....At night your taking chances by walking around the yard with out a light of some sort.
