Things are going pretty good so far. About to finish up my first week of road training. This ain't something that can be picked up over night, but if you have a little sense and are a quick learner, its not that bad. The money is definitely here if you want to make it. This terminal starts at 24% and you can make six figures at that percentage once you figure it out and if you work hard. I'm not sure what top out is, but I think you go up 1% after three years. The guy training me is an experienced car hauler, but has only been at H&A a year and is making 24% pay. He has made 75000 since the first of the year and over 100000 since his hire date a year ago and is home almost every night. So you can definitely make good money at starting pay once you get the hang of things.

What would you say is the most physically challengeing part of the job that you've experience, I know finding the proper weight distribution could be a challenge also.but in your opinion what's the hardest part of the job -
