Yes. The flatbed division will go in, maybe because they usually run 48' trailers instead of 53'. The reefer guys say they just drop the trailer somewhere on the outskirts and another company delivers it.

I'd imagine the bulk of Prime reefer operations into NYC is into Hunt's Point. Once you get good directions in/out and have been there once, it's actually an easy NYC delivery and not bad. But if you must also pick up in NYC, that's another matter.
