I am currently a student at NTTS in Liverpool, NY. I currently have no experience driving truck but I'm learning too. I was just wondering if anyone had anything positive to say about this company? I'm not looking for any negative reply's to this, just because I know alot of people have been screwed over.
Thank you
Chris

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.
Are there Any positive things about Werner

My only opinion is to make any negative issue into a positive 1 And just learn what you need to learn, And b4 you make any sserious moves look over everything more than once don't rush for anyone and take your time when you do these things, And don't be afraid to ask whats on your mind get answers b4 you agree to anything ,goodluck in your adventure

yes, you never have to worry about dispatch wanting you to run illegal
-
You WILL learn how to run a LEGAL Log.
You will learn to punch in your start and stop points (Line status changes) or else spend 45 min [on hold] on the phone with the LOGs department.
Load Planning AND Dispatch AND you (?) WILL always know how much time is left on your 11 / 14 / 70 clock.
You may learn how to gain 15 min on your "11 hr clock" with a 5 min stop at a rest area.
[Each 15 min block rounds up or down at the 7 1/2 min point]
{A bad signal or delayed transmit can also delay the Qualcomm and put you OVER on hours too.}
If you are at the edge of your GPS grid and move the truck 200 ft, you may show movement and have your log change status. Bump to bumper slow traffic can kick you to line 4 too.
All these 'words of wit' were personal facts in 2005.
Good Luck ! -
If you really like shopping at Dollar General you will be able to every day as that's where you'll be. Hauling their Chinese junk.
Baack Thanks this. -
There's an arrow on the truck so you'll always know which way to go. You'll have the opportunity to meet a lot of people in far away truckstops. You'll limit your tax liability. That's all I got.

Their Big trucks are a pretty blue.

They have been trying other colors of the rainbow.
I drove a Big Banana Yellow freight shaker 2003 Classic.

Either Werner figures the color fits --- or they're tryin' to cut paint costs.
