Why did you not record all that with your phone? You had a good and easy lawsuit with the first one, and maybe with the second.
This is just the crap that drives good people away in droves.
You might want to give Schneider a call as well. They say they don't 'train' drivers anymore, that they need 3 months experience at least, but they sometimes make an exception depending on where you are

Was just saying not many people would have put up with that from one maybe but from 2? I could never do that.
And trucking is not a bad job as long as you can get past the bottom feeders. -
SNI does train...they even have there own training centers.

Something tells me there is alot more to this story then is let on. But none the less, Do what you need to do for your career and stay safe out there.
pattyj and flightwatch Thank this. -
Sounds like a typical truck driver to me.
Did you tell anybody that he was threatening to do that?
2 things. First: This gun that nobody can find didn't exist. Secondly: He did not "pull the governor off of the truck." The last time that I checked, Knight wasn't running 1994 Peterbilts with mechanical CAT's in them. All newer trucks are electronically governed via the ecu. There is only 1 person in the entire World that can change the governed speed, and that's the person with the password to get into the ecu settings. Also, Knight would have known if he had changed the governor because the Qualcomm system would have told them.
Did you run over anybody?
Nope. It doesn't work that way bud. Drive time has nothing to do with your fuel card and everything to do with who is logged into the Qualcomm as the active driver. The only way that he could log you out of the Qualcomm is if he knew your password...and if he knew that, then that's on you. Also, I question as to why you weren't paying better attention to your logbook. What would have happened if you got pulled over by DOT? How could you have not known you weren't the active driver? And what about the 2am-10am driving? You were logged in then right? I don't see how you could only log 150 miles in 8 hours...
No. Driving school doesn't apply to the real world. Driving school teaches you how to pass your cdl tests. Real World training starts when you get in a truck with a trainer. It sounds to me that you need to grow a spine and let them know that you're a man and won't be treated like a little #####. Until then, people will walk all over you. -
It all depends, there was that video that got posted awhile ago in which a trainer threw a trainee out of the truck along side the interstate, and let's not forget about that human road-patty cover-up Knight did back in, was it 2008?
If clue it was a crime was Knight putting on 8 brand new tires on the tractor! -
Sorry, as a Knight driver, I have to call Bull on the whole story. Knight is not Heaven on Earth, but it's hardly the Rolling Psycho Ward that the OP claims.
Now, I don't know about the training end of the company, never been a trainer or trainee at Knight, but I've also never seen any evidence of this kind of abuse or talked to anyone in person that had these kind of complaints. -

What I post was the truth and I will take it to the grave with me as 100% true.
I did not post here in hopes to be picked apart, but to let others know things like this DO happen, just because it never happened to you does not in no way mean it does not happen to others.
I opened my mouth, blew the whistle, and got a constructive dismissal for exposing.reefer75 Thanks this. -
Check out MAGNUM LTD. I think you'd be pleasantly surprised with our training program as well as what we have to offer!
Interstellar Thanks this.
