Who's all leaving the choice program?

Im curious are you still going to get your own authority?

 

Thought you where farm to fleet? Didn't like them?

 

So people are leaving Schneider to pull for Landstar? Good luck. A lot of people in the Schneider groups complain about live loading/unloading. What do you all think is going to happen over there? And make sure you have patience talking to brokers, and paying for all of your tolls

 

Lots of people are leaving Landstar for Mercer. It's a vicious cycle.

 

and Mercer people leaving for Farm2Fleet. The vicious cycle continues.

 

Has it really gotten that bad I saw they had an ad on Craigslist in Indianapolis looking for driver's for the Choice program

 

You won't do any better at Mercer then you are at choice... Trust me I know first hand.. Now if you go do flatbed that's different you'll do better but to go to Mercer just to do van you're running in circles

 

It just seems as the Choice board is becoming the OTR division of Schneider. They keep hiring dedicated company drivers and keeping alot of the intrastate runs for themselves. I never saw loads paying under a $1.00 on the board until this year. Even with low fuel prices that rate is stupid, but they are keeping 35% for them selves.

 

Did anybody actually leave?...

 

I'm still here and see no reason for me to leave...it's working for me as I want it to.
