Status cheated me! How can I get my money back?

    The only place in all the ######## proof you lay out that says $2500 is the rate con. You keep saying they told you $2500 but all I see is $2200.

    Because the DM showed 2500 to cheat me to pick up the load.

    Orrrrrr....YOU misunderstood what they meant. Its bren displayed your English isn't 100% to begin with. Its possible that you had it right, but since you don't seem to want to show us juet where the dispatch actually SAID $2500, not the rate con.

    How did he cheat you ? Im guessing you only get a DISPATCH sheet after you accept. He plainly stated over and over what it would be.. After you got this dispatch sheet you should of text him back confirming. But I dont see any confirmation from you.

    And this is a place or OO or truck companies?

    Your handwritten paper is not clarification. I was talking about showing us where they said $2500, not in the rate con.

    There is only one rate confirmation at all. The one they signed before I knew the load. Latter they used this confirmation to cheat me to pick up.
    And I told him the time, the DM told me it is ok. Then the status cut my 400!

    CV in defense of Kenny, you should go back to his very first post and click on the link he puts at the end of it. There is another thread on this company, started by an individual who goes by lenham. I started reading it out of curiousity and once I started, couldn't quit. Lenham is very well spoken and written, and tells quite a story about this company. Once his story finally concludes there are others who chime in with further issues with the company. Kenny doesn't have the literacy skills that lenham does but we can't fault him for that. If I were the company in question, I think I might be doing something to effect some damage control and get some positive feedback.The old "you said, we said", on and on, doesn't get anybody anyplace or accomplish anything.
