    Anytime a company changes the way you get paid isn't a good thing. They are very creative at cutting costs, drivers wages being one.:(

    these things are not true
    only true if you let it happen
    2 years ago I started with a small company he says the company guys averaged 61500 last year
    next year I was the highest paid driver
    you want to be good you can be paid
    you want to be average
    you want to be bad
    you expect something for nothing
    you can get all of that

    40 years in the workforce never once asked how much the pay was
    if it wasn't enough after i started i moved on

    KB has all kinds of money to play with but don't pay a decent wage here's an example.Tyson in council bluffs has five bad KB trailers so instead of having drivers get them and have kb's shop fix them he's having freightliner in council bluffs fix them.so ya companies do have the money to pay drivers better.when ever a trk breaks down KB calls miers towing they bring another trk to the driver from the term and bring the bad trk back.can u imagine the cost.

    Sounds like a #### outfit. Lowest level apprentice mechanic wages here are $20/hr

    That's the
    Average wage here as well.But KB is below average and they can't figure out why employees keep dropping like flies and over 50 trucks parked at the terminal
