Of course he has to figure out WHAT he is going to have to be parking. Glad he got a lawyer. Hope it's a good one, with experience and BALLS!

Well, I radioed a few peterbuilt owners that passed me on the interstate. Wasn't too picky as long as they had something that looked newer.

Most of them said they didn't know of anything that the company put into the truck right off the line to help track it.

I'll keep asking though. I have a hard time believing that peterbuilt wouldn't cya on such an expensive machine.

My step dad does vehicle electronics for a living. He has worked on the new tractors and he said its different. They don't put factpry trackers in. And nav is different than tracking gps. Even for say a GM with OnStar its a monthly payment extra. He installs trackers all the time, even on stuff just outta the factory.

Yes, they have SmartLINQ but I just learn about it, must dealers sales person never even go on the website to see what's new, I ask one sale person in parts about the smartnav cameras and he didn't even know what I was talking about.

Thats just lazy business. If I was a salesman, especially on commission, I would know every little 5 cent option I could upsell. And that is an easy sell! I'd sure as hell buy it if I dropped that kinda money...(not against you OP, I meant if they had told you about it)

if the sale person told me about this SmartLINQ, my truck would be with me right now, without a doubt.
