Getting paid salary

    I'd be worried about equipment maintenance if that's all they're paying the mechanics. #### cheap companies.

    Actually they have excellent equipment and if there's something wrong u tell dispatch they give u another trk and fix your trk that day.the trucks are near brand new and some are new all have apus and fridges in them.along with comfort for the drivers Brock should pay more then he might be able to keep the drivers.he's lost some real good drivers.

    Poor management at its finest.Unfortunately it doesn't sound like they will change any time soon.

    Sounds like he needs to move on.
    Change is really tough for some people. I know as I'm one that struggles with change. You know in the back of your head that things will be better with change but you can't make yourself pull the trigger.

    I know what u mean.Ray has been with the company going on14 yrs and he has always got paid by the load till a few weeks ago when Denison closed tyson and KB got rid of most the drivers.back then livestock exchange was paying the KB local drivers and made more with a lot less hrs that has making now since KB is now paying him.ray could find any job with his near perfect record but he'd rather stay at KB.in time that may change when he realizes hes far better then cheap labor.

    what is the guarantee with KB
    is that a bad deal too
    or just unattainable?
    just for OTR drivers i imagine

    I think otr is $975.00 salary which isn't bad if you're on the Sara Lee account.But otherwise I would rather get paid by the mile.
