10/12 Training Class

Well first day in the books. Wasn't able to get interview done but the rest looks good. Two modules left and the only catch is when the nurse read I was a kidney donor she wanted the lat st readouts. Something I never thought about seeing as it has never been brought up before. 1 kidney functions just like having two. But I get it. Better to be safe.

Double clutch made sense but tomorrow I need to make sure I eat vs just eat at the end. Food was fine and really everyone has been awesome.

Very class act and functional moving in by prime. Was getting a little bothered by some complaining it then realized not my monkey not my circus. Just focus on what they say to do and how they say to do it. Don't pretend you know. And if you already have your license shut up you may know but you don't know the prime way.

Alright time to sleep 7:30 comes quick.

 

Btw 90 in class and yeah people are dropping.

 

So here we are on day two, waiting for medical and trying very hard not to be upset. Documentation provided isn't what they want and the hosp that did the procedure gave me two days of crap about how the request can't be in fax. Also waiting for va as the doc because I donated a kidney in 2001 wants to make sure there are no issues. I don't have words for that. This was not expected in any way and never has this been questioned by any doctor to include when I got my dot physical last week. I get it tho better safe than sorry. I have been leaving messages for VA but yeah.....definitely some frustration.

After running around to include next door at the Ramada business center to print out the email I got only to be told it wasn't what was needed. I am no doctor but if you see a report signed by the doctor saying "findings" and "final" and medical is looking for the final findings I figured it was what they needed. But again I get it I am not a doctor. I will have to leave it in their hands now. I really wanted to be 100% complete, worked hard to get it all done ..... I really hope this gets worked out in the next 24.

Wounds are licked candy bar eaten in the sun to find a happy spot. Now I study some more to get my mind on other things like simulator day 2. I will say this Brett has been an awesome training at the sims and helping me with document printing!!!

 

Brett's comment was "perfect. Your tap tap bang is exactly what it needs to be."

 

Well lost a small bit of rhythm tonight but was able to recover. Much smoother not sure why I had an issue from 7 to 8 even Brett chuckled about it.

Simulator made me feel better in general. Stayed after because there was a machine open and just started getting lost in it. Seriously made me feel worlds better. Tomorrow is another day and another chance for this med document to be resolved.

Oh yeah forgot to mention that I had a convo with a l/o. Had a great conversation with him. He gave some really great info across the board. It matched what was said here but then we started talking numbers and cost percentages. Can't explain how happy I was hearing someone speak my language. Onward to day three

 

Well looking good on documents just waiting for the official word then time to look for a trainer
