Always look at the clutch when the trans is out,if you know the mileage on it even better.to help with the decision whether to replace it or not.

You are right my friend! Clutch feels good but have that and the rear main seal in the budget. There is nothing in the maintence records about clutch work and currently @ 700k.

If your willing to spend some time, travel and know what to look for you can find a real nice used trailer as long as its not from the rust belt and save a chunk of money. I recently sold a 2012 Manac ultra plate with 8 new virgin tires, hardly a scratch in and out for $19k. Deals are out there, just look for awhile.

Oh yea, the drivers side rear motor mount is torn. I already have the replacement pieces ready to be put in once the trans is out.

Boss used the truck to pull in his grain and put about 2k miles on it. No problems other than he ran it out of fuel and the next day the fuel filter was "misteriasly" pluged. Lol. I encouraged him to use it knowing they are tough miles and if something broke he would be close to the shed. I'm off till Sunday so started pulling the trans today. Hope to have it out tomarow and to the shop on sat morning to be rebuilt.
