I like the Prostar setup and space. A FM said drivers who learned on the Freightliner didn't like moving to the PS.
I'd like to know where are the nose mirrors on the Prostar? I absolutely will ask if they can mount me some noise mirrors. I wouldn't want to be without them. It also seems the Prostar has been cb antennae? Seems the dual firesticks would get better range than the built in Freightliner setup?
I wonder if I'll get a load tomorrow? If I'll be routed through home?
My first roommate who has gone company keeps saying he isn't getting miles/money. I spoke to some lease guys in the lounge, and they said freight is slow this time of year. New drivers also get broken in slowly.
I relayed this to my roomie and advised him to be patient before he quits or jumps into a lease prematurely.
So many new things and questions. I'm excited! But I'm sure that excitement will vanish the first time I can't pay my bills.
I like the Prostar but that chargers bolt has got to go.
They have black one that is ruined by cigarette smoke and has been hit. Another blue one that is filthy. They said they may have some more in the morning.
So, what, I just inspect the one I get, then wait for detailing to prep the truck?Last edited: Oct 15, 2015

Oh man, no way! See the laughing dude!
Followed by the congrats?
Figured that would be just your luck.
Just poking some fun. Apologies if ya didn't catch it.

No, I thought you were serious, but that I made the cutoff. No way, I thought I'd be victim to that. Now the codriver, half fish you have aboard, I felt bad for him

But as much as things change, yeah I totally believed it. -
They will definately checking you out at first to see how you handle things on your own. What you are capable of, how you run. Your proving yourself and creating a track record. Remember, they have no idea what you can do till they see it.
Yes, indeed. We are getting into the slow season. One of the reasons some TNT's will elect to stick with their trainers for a longer period before upgrading, maintaining that weekly guarantee. (Believe it, or not). LOL
Plus, some want to get some winter driving in w/someone before going it on their own.
Also, bad enough to jump into lease unexperienced & add slow period on top of it.Last edited: Oct 15, 2015

Darth I can't tell you how awesome I think this is. When the time comes I am figuring purple or the dark green for me.FullMetalJacket and darthanubis Thank this. -
Do not think it would be possible for EITHER of us to survive that!

He's done, and he's done well. Has come a long way from the greenhorn took out. Ran like "the Dickens", too!
All points come to an end, so we're heading for home.
Yep.......had a hard time keeping that dude from jumping out of truck & swimming from one state to another whenever I turned my back! LOLLast edited: Oct 15, 2015

Had my TNT experience been bearable in the least, I'd have considered it. But, it wasn't meant to be that way for me.
I'm just going to slowly and safely ride through this winter, while being on time, and not complaining. Then see where I'm at every six months.Last edited: Oct 16, 2015
