Level 4 warning 2011 prostar

The sequence with the lights was as follows: 1. Start truck, 30 seconds later triangle light comes on and the *warn engine blinks in the led section (the section that has the miles, mpg etc

Then 2. The red ! Light with the annoying shoot me in the head beeping sound that doesn't go off, that starts beeping non stop.

So I had to drive from green river to helper Utah and they found that a. The swift technicians DID change the crankcase filter last week, but
B. Doesnt matter because the coolant was seeping into the oil ( which explains the coolant problem)
C. The egr valve, a long 3 foot valve that contains soot was clogged to full capacity, that needs to be replaced and
D. The big enchilada, a cylinder is cracked in 2 areas

Also they said the oil will need to be changed again since there is coolant in it

 

The engine is cummins by the way, model number I do not know
