I am looking at a 1999 Volvo VNL 64t,770 Cummins N14, 525 ,super 10, don't know gear ratio as of yet.so probably tough to answer, but question is how would this thing do pulling a flat, especially with that trans.

I'd pass on the Volvo, but the running gear is great. 525 N14 with a super10. I would have to verify the sticker in the driver door jam. That's a lot of engine for a 10 speed.
