careful or you career will be over like mine is

well i made it through yet another surgery . im now going to be recovering for 8 months to a year according to the surgeon. they never told me that it would be that long before the surgery. but thats ok and it is over with. i was also told that i have a small chance of driving again, but it was better than no chance at all. the surgeon made the same statement as the previous, saying that it was worse when he got in than what he could see on the MRI. i think they just wanted money and told me what i wanted to hear to get me back into surgery again. but i will be in a wheelchair for a few weeks in order to restrict movement and aid in the initial healing process. i can walk but they dont recommend it at this time. i guess i should have seen this coming but on the bright side, i was told that there can be no more surgeries . i dont plan to lay around here for another 8 to 12 months. i have requested physical therapy and plan to be back up and around in half the time, hopefully. ive come too far to give up now.

 

yea i figure that much. but i have nothing to hide and the medical records will tell all. nothing can hide them.

 

since they changed the format of this forum, i cant do a PM either. i dont understand what is wrong with it.
