Well Western Express has a competitor....

That seems to be the new thing with company's now, guess it will cut down on drivers complaining about sit, and on the flip side cause drivers to be late cause they stayed up to late watching tv

 

If a driver works for one of the above mentioned companies, do they have to pay for the services of DirectTv or is it a free perk for putting up with everything otr

 

i guess they figure that if they make the truck more like home then they may not have to give their drivers as much home time lol. maybe they should find a way to add showers into their trucks also? i personally would rather be clean and not worry about catching something from a truck stop shower than have direc tv. i always had over 100 dvds to watch though and no commercials to have to watch.

 

i guess the fridge would be nice if they could be careful with some of these drivers that want to just keep their beer cold. dont get me wrong, i have no problem with people drinking, but there will always be one idiot that will drink and drive.

It will be so nice to watch tv in the freezing cold/piping hot truck because they aren't allowed to idle. (Western)

 

I do not drink drive. I am afraid I will hit a bump and spill some!
