By lost he meant forcefully removed as punishment due to previous offenses..Or thats how I read it

Ok when I read your original post I wasn't sure if you were a driver or his supervisor. Thanks for clarifying.

Do guard shacks accept a photocopy of the license? If so..I'm doing that. I don't need Paul Blart in charge of the most valuable item in my wallet

He was involved in an accident while driving without insurance. The law
    took his drivers license.

If I understand correctly He will have to pay a pretty substantial
penalty which may include a 90 day suspension before he can even
try to get it back. I was hoping someone on here that knows more
about these type of situations could chime in.

I've seen guys fired for not having a med card, false logging, late for work (my butt :) )accidents, being nasty to people, dope, rape, workplace violence (my butt again :)).

The insurance company probably will not punish your company, as long as they don't employ him. They don't usually cancel policies for infractions that are not ticketed, etc. For example, if you took the truck and went 100 mph with, but didn't get a ticket nor were you involved in an accident, the insurance would have no reason to raise the rates. The driver in question did not get a ticket, nor did he get in an accident in your company's truck. He is not driving once the company found out so the insurance company is not likely to punish your company for something that didn't involve them.

My question would be why on earth would you want this person to drive for you now that you actually know what they are like. Fair enough everyone deserves a second chance however this person has proven that they don't learn from there mistakes.
