I did both the Schneider and Landstar gig, 3 years with LS Ranger, When someone thinks they can out smart a system that is all ready making drivers successful, and they leave....I say that's ####y. If you're pulling dry Van, there is nothing to be ####y about, you're pulling commodities. Its not like anybody is talking about going to LS and pulling flats or Step Decks, or pulling a LS munitions contract.

In any case good luck with your move.

SNI is a great Company with a great program, and there are some on the Choice program that go to other threads and criticize others i.e. KLLM, Celedon, etc. etc. like there stupid for leasing trucks there, yep, thats ####y!!!

Its making a business decision. Not being ####y. Just because something doesn't work for you doesn't mean it wont work for someone else.

By the same Token, I do want to say, that I have the upmost respect for those of you Working the Choice Program, and yes those BCO's at Landstar. Sometimes it not so much that you can't make it work, it's that you just get tired, and miss having a life. That's the point I got to.

But there is a side to me that yearns to go get on the Choice Program and run like a scalded dog. So I envy those of you doing it. I had great fun doing it...but for me it is time to retire to the RV. But then I may pick up a regional gig for a bit, cuz I know I'm going to get Diesel Fever.
