Brad after he became VP of the Company conned his IN LAWS that it would be cheaper to OUTSOURCE all repairs to Speedco and the Dealerships. They had a Shop at the HQ that was top notch a shop that caught a wheel bearing coming apart on the Right front hub of my Fathers and My Team truck 10 days after we had been forced to have our Oil Changed on the Road at a TA. We ran Team we RAN HARD but Legal as hell. They also caught on a Brand NEW Truck that I was drove there that Peterbilt said there was nothing wrong with said unit a cracked Exhaust Manifold. Now the Drivers of this company have to BEG for repairs at Dealerships and hope like HELL the IDIOTS in West LIBERTY allow the Repairs to happen.

Ok then answer this. You pick up a trailer that has a tire that will not pass a dot inspection. You call YOUR company and they say roll with it. Lets say you do roll with it (for the sake of argument) You get pulled into a scale house and they see the bad tire and you are put OOS. Now tell me who's fault is it?
-
Well I have been here almost 3 1/2 years and never had to beg for any repairs. I call and it gets fixed. So if you were before my time then all I can say that was then this is NOW.

For all those that think I am a desk jockey looking for drivers to come to Florilli all I can say is.....STAY AWAY! I don't want any of you coming here taking my miles (fun) away. When I see a Florilli driver at a truck stop or Speedco and they tell me stories and that they are quitting I say "good more miles for me". You drivers remind me of how silly you are. You blame Freightliner Peterbilt Kenworth etc. when you Detroit / Cummings engine breaks down. Its the engine manufacturer's fault when the engine breaks down. Just like it's Eatons fault if the transmission breaks down. And it's the driver's fault if he knowingly and willingly drives a truck or pulls a trailer that he/she knows is not legal. Don't believe me tell the DOT officer when they put you OOS and see what happens. Bet you already did LOL

I see you couldn't answer my reply to your post about Florilli. Which tells me I am RIGHT and you are WRONG! Thank You
-
I posted your companies do to record which stretches for the past two years so do not tell me that your company is high on maintenance because the type of violation that they have under that inspection for maintenance is atrocious... You could say all that you want the numbers don't lie when it comes to that inspection history
-
The numbers don't lie. The drivers are stupid for running a truck / trailer with safety issues. So thanks again for posting I was RIGHT lol

Both you and the company. .yours for rolling with it and the company for telling you to roll with it knowing its in violation... So intense essence your CSA scores on maintenance are directly relatedtoo blatant ignorance by both of drivers & the company.LongHauler875 Thanks this.
