A/c blower / heater issue

    I have a Detroit S60. The Air condition constantly blows through the vents and will not shut off. I try to turn the heat on to test that and it does not blow out any heat. Any ideas on what can be causing this?

    Could be the relay, replace it with one of the others and see if it turns off.

    Without knowing the Make and Model of your truck, it sounds like it be your Blend Air Door inside your dash, it controls according to the position of the switch on your dash, when it should open or close to let cold or hot air flow through your dash vents.
