Running from the ground with engine on, you have to press and hold either the button with the rabbit or turtle on it as well as the function you want to use. From the platform, you need to push and hold the footswitch down and move the joystick/toggle switch/soft button of the function you want to use. Also be aware that some boom lifts will lock out the hydraulics if you hold the footswitch too long without selecting a function.

One other thing. There should be a switch toward the top that shows a pic of the boom on flat surface to the right, and going up a hill to the left side. Turn it to the left to limit your ground speed, as they can be jumpy some times.

No red light is blinking.i have the switch on the turtle/rabbit position and when i press the foot pedal the engine goes to higher rpm but the the boom wont lift
-
Just out of curiousity, is the steering axle nearest to the platform, or is it on the opposite end of the machine as the platform?
Mudguppy Thanks this. -
Thx,i will try everything u said and get back to u

Boom won't lift using the left toggle? What about a switch toward the top left that should lift just the basket up?

No worries. Just quote a post when you get back so I get an alert. I'll be on for awhile....

Boom will move back and forth but basket wont move and the boom wont lift or extend
-
Will the boom retract? Is there an alarm bell/ringer going off?
AModelCat Thanks this.
