Im undecided I got a offer from schneider and swift. But I dont know which one , swift does offer .06 more cents per mile but i heard rhey have a bad rep. Any help is appriciated

Might look at NFI. thy hire new CDL drivers. I'm an O/O with them in IL and we have several company drivers that went to local college and got there CDL and then trained with NFI. Thy have several places in TX and most there drivers are home nightly.
