Kinda hard to be bullied on the CB when you don't have one. I'm just saying.

In my 4-5 years of trucking I've met some among people! I had a woman teach me how to adjust my tandems and run on low fuel to be legal because of the way I was loaded. I've had a 400 mile good CB Radio conversation with a New Century driver.

I've had a driver give me his spare airline hoses in middle of nowhere mountains, not wanting a dollar from me. He even insisted the he puts them on for me.

I also did for others the same as I could. I basically changed a western guys whole battery lines cause they were full of corrosion without a charge. I've gave a swift lease guy my spare tire for free since he was doing bad on financial side. Million stories of being helped and helping because I always figured "hey we're all people".

However I lose my patience when I see full care free neglected thoughts for other drivers such as taking up fuel isles, eating inside while I'm behind wanting to fuel and go. I can't have patience for that.

Waiting on check in windows and being stepped in front of like im not there waiting for something.

Being slowed down on 6th gear up the ramp, just to pass the guy taking his time because he is trying to swallow a sandwich.

To be honest, I can't stand prime. Swift is a joke. I don't see much CR England, but I have respect for Werner guys for some odd reason.

Never have I had an issue with Werner. Passing them is fine. Sometimes they pass me and it's fine. I never been stuck because of them. Keep up the good work driver!

I went to a three month trucking school so when it was time for me to drive with a company I was already a great backer. I didn't go to a fly by night two week class like most people. A had a guy start the same time as me and man I personally witnessed him back into things and damage them. No telling what else he damaged when I wasn't there.

So nice to see stories of helping and of being helped. Since I posted this thread I have seen drivers do this for one another. Even for us! My husband was backing into a spot at Walmart in Southern CA and it was pretty tight considering the dropped trailers in front of us preventing the front end to be able to swing around. A fellow driver with our own company who was already detached from his trailer pulled out while my hubby backed up to the dock door. He also did this for the person backing on the otherside of him. Of course I believe it was done like someone else already said, more for themselves to prevent damage to their truck. Which there is absolutely nothing wrong with that!!
