The responses to the OP's question are utterly unhelpful. Do you guys enjoy blowing smoke with no facts to back up your claims?

There are several members on this forum who's top priority is not helping those who ask questions, but amusing themselves. It's gotten bad lately.

Rti has variable lease like celadon...research it riverside transport...i dont think it is a walk away lease though so do your homework on that..They also dispatch you so they are in control of your money...i myself would only consider a walk away lease, percentage and where i can pick my own freight. But hey what i like may not be what u like. Just be careful with no walk away lease and i am by no means recommending rti to you i am just answering your question. Good luck

RTI does have a walk away lease. And they have both a variable lease and a fixed lease. With the variable it's based off miles. When you go home or you sit then the payment stops .. You can go home and not go in the hole. Unless it's the hole at home. Haha. But seriously yes that's what they have

Thats a big plus than. Thanks highwayman for clearin that up. There lease deal looks descent. As far as mileage based lease purchase deals i like the looks of hirschbach and rti and as far as pick your own freight percentage leases i like schneider and eagle but am on the fence about eagle til they work out the kinks as a newer company so far as i can tell through my research.

I've been approved for both eagle and RTI .. Eagle seems like a complete disaster right now. Total unorganized ... Even just setting up orientation has become a headache with them. But I'm also Leary of RTI because I've heard and seen where so many drivers are only getting $300 pay checks .. So now I'm leaning on just staying a company driver. Lol

Lol isnt that the story of our lives. I keep goin through the same ups and downs..i find something great and i go on ttr and get a hatchett to my new plan! I have such a comfy company job thats hard to walk away from but i want to get my own truck and do my own thing but keep stumbling across a thread that destroys my plan and confidence in the company im lookin at. Yeah im stuck bein a company driver too. Lol why these lease deals always have to have u teetering on the brink of disaster.. They need to offer more reward for the risk.
