    Put in for thanksgiving week off. Mind you this was a month ahead of time. Got response back today telling me I may get screwed out of it due to low seniority. Excuse me? I don't recall saying I gave a #### about how long anyone else has been here. That doesn't have anything to do with me at all. I got hired two months ago so that makes me unworthy of being home for a holiday? What kind of bull #### is that?

    It's one thing to miss something because you can't get home in time. It's one thing to get home late. Those things come with the business we're in. Getting screwed out of going home at all is something else entirely. Unacceptable.

    I learned a long time ago, when you're on a 48 state fleet in temperature controlled, hope for the best and expect the worse ... nothing is guaranteed. If you get home, great, if not, maybe next time.
