    Last I checked "Most" phones don't come with a AM transmitter / receiver. Not to mention the Band it would need and the antenna would be not even close to strong enough to transmit. CB antennas are not just long and out of the way for nothing.

    cobra and possobly others were adding blue tooth, cb to phone .. haven't looked in awhile. it's not an app tho

    gotta buy the cb
