30 minutes ago I voted to legalize marijuana in Ohio, (Was the second person to vote in my precinct 6:33 AM),
framed it nicely, hung it on living room wall, the voter receipt and that sticker they give you, voted right behind a us soldier in combat fatigues too...![]()

I believe in what I like to call "natural rights", which can best be defined as basically "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness", and anything which does not infringe on others' rights to those things.
While smoking pot during the operation of a vehicle on any public road does NOT fall into that category, doing so in one's own home should, as should anything technically outlawed under the antiquated and long outdated Puritanical relics known as Sodomy laws.Gereke Thanks this. -
There will be such a test developed, as scientists are working on developing it. Perhaps in the next 2 years.chris886 Thanks this.

I'm not sure who exactly you're referring to here, or why you though the "dimwit" comment was necessary, but the man who smokes a joint once or twice a week while remaining a productive member of society, as many such people do, is no more the "town burnout" any more than the occasional imbiber of Kentucky hourbon is the "town drunk".
I feel it important to point out that the film known as "Reefer Madness", was a complete and total farce produced for no other reason what was eventually a bought and paid for agenda that was rudely imposed on the unwilling.
I find such a notion truly detestable. -
I didn't miss a thing. You did. Same ol argument comparing booze to weed. Same ol fact, you can't use either one and operate a commercial vehicle showing any trace of either. Doesn't matter what state it's legal in. So, you burnouts will continue to lose. Your personal feelings are moot.
" But Six, it's not fair!"
Yes it is. Sorry, burnouts. Don't be mad at me. Be mad at your need for weed.drdesl and lots of character Thank this. -
I, and many others(why you think this industry is any different from any other is laughable) smoke(d) every day out there. You also have alcoholics and pill heads like every other profession including lawyers, doctors and pilots(I'm also a commercial pilot). You think drug testing works? Lolol
The holier than thou view is cute, but doesn't reflect reality and how it is out there. Heck, dot/customs north of Laredo found weed in my truck and did NOTHING, just let me go, didn't even tell my company. They KNOW it's not the problem out there, texting is way more deadly! -
learn to read and stop calling me a burnout. I haven't smoked in 10 years.
-
I'm just picking on a sore spot. It's so much fun to see these guys get riled up. I would legalize everything, quit all drug and alcohol testing altogether...except at a fatal auto accident. Then my vote would be for roadside execution.drdesl, lots of character and walstib Thank this.

Being a burnout is like being an alcoholic. Youre just a relapse away.lots of character Thanks this.

Exactly....common sense.. Sadly...it is not so common anymore.
